Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind about an online purchase, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
